Can I request samples before placing a large order?

Yes. We support small-quantity sample production and engineering verification before mass production.
Minimum sample quantity depends on product type, but we typically support 5–30 pcs runs, including with coating, printing, and edge processing.

How soon will I receive a reply after submitting an inquiry?

We aim to respond within 24 working hours. For complex custom designs or detailed drawings, response time may vary based on technical review.

What is your lead time for standard and custom orders?

  • Custom orders (with coating/printing/tooling): 20–45 business days

Do you ship internationally? Which carriers do you use?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries.
We support FCA / FOB / CIF / DAP terms.
Couriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, or customer-specified forwarders. Packaging meets international anti-shock, anti-moisture export standards.

Where is your company located? Do you have global distributors?

Our main manufacturing facility is in Shenzhen, China, with a Hong Kong branch for international logistics and documentation.
Currently, we operate direct-to-client and do not rely on distributors. All shipments are arranged directly from our facility.
